Makeup your mind and stick to your goals,
Do consult your doctor and follow doctor's advice,
Keep your teeth clean,
Keep money you would spend on cigarettes in a saving jar and plan for a treat tomorrow,
Set a quit day,
make your quit day special,
Ask your family and friends to support your decision to quit,
Avoid going to places where you might find smokers,
Do start some exercise or any physical activity.

I am a chain smoker from last 8 years but i could not quit the smoking. Today I join this forums and read your good information to quit smoking. So i follow these tips to quit smoking. Thanks for sharing nice information.
Thanks for sharing friend about how to quit smoking I do agree with your comments but there is a problem that, it is very difficult for me or someone to quit smoking in days It is very very difficult but if we do try than it can be happened and one can quit smoking I have listen that there are some pills and dose are available in the market, by the use of these one can quit smoking.
I think quit smoking is hard but it's not impossible. You can quit smoking through your self confidence. Just try to keep your self busy with your favorite activies.try to keep yout focus on other thigs when you need cigarette. No pill s or chewing gum will help you to quit smoking. Do some exercise on daily basis.Take a help of meditation it will helps you a lot to quit smoking.
Goals are so important during weight loss. Whether they are small or big isn’t what is important. It’s the motivation that comes from setting and sticking to them that matters!

These are the good tips you have shared in here and I am glad that you posted this. I know its hard to quit smoking but if the determination from yourself that you wanted to quit smoking then you can do it. Set your goal and think that smoking can harm you and you know you can make it.

Well!!!We should be avoid the smoking habbit.Smoking is injurious to health and it may
cause many disease such as lungs,throat or mouth cancer.So stop smoking by the help
of any anti-smoke products available in the market such as nicotine patches,nicotine
gums or nicotine tablets.
