Great post and like to say set realistic goals as meeting small goals will motivate you and encourage you to set higher goals and to met higher fitness targets. Keep your workout journal to measure your progress. Stay close to people who motivates you and set healthy environment around yourself.

I think this is often 50 percent the fight won. This is quite often neglected. Choose which aspect of your day will be devoted to work out, when in the 7 days you will inventory up on food, and when you will do the cooking..

All right, but i am normal, eating proper food and diet only. Daily running to reduce fat. But i am still couldn't reduce my belly fat and thigh fat. Don't know how to reduce it... Any tips and diet for reducing belly fat and thigh fat...?
