I've never been a big fan of salads, but sometimes I'll be interested in them. Lately, since I've been paying attention, I notice that every time I eat a salad - with spinach or lettuce as the main green, I get a really bloated feeling in my gut. That is the area just below my boobs and above my belly-button. Big and puffy and gassy too. What's going on here, and what does that mean I need to do differently? Am I just better off with cooked veggies? Anyone else experience this?

Hmm i also observe that whenever I eat a healthy salad - with oatmeal or lettuce as the primary natural, I get a really swollen sensation in my gut. That is the place just below my breasts and above my belly-button. Big and swollen and gassy too.
Doctors and Physical Therapist says its good to have salads at-least two times a day. It will keeps us healthy and also we can maintain our fitness.
