I love oats! I used to be on the heavy side but now I am starting to reduce my weight. It also helps that I refrain from coffee and take oats with any fruits.
But I think, coffee is an anti-oxidants right? I also, recommend sometimes try to take turkey sandwich. I heard that is also good for a diet with a wheat bread.![]()
