Guys if you really want to lose your weight then i want to suggest you. You should take exercise regularly in the morning or evening, and you should avoid that fast food like sea foods etc...

First is that you should take always balanced diet and second is that you must do exercise. Make sure that you take low fated food and also avoid eating fast food.
