    Well losing weight is a dream for every person. Most people, forget about health when they eat. Good
    thing to get healthier life is eating healthy meal, and doing every day exercise. Try to walk regular for 2
    hour it is the good way to control, the weight and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.Drink 1 or 2
    cups of green tea.

    Hi dear... Nice informative, information which you share with us. Dear i also have some information about weight lose which i want to share with you. Guys if you really want to lose your weight then i want to suggest you. You should take exercise regularly in the morning or evening, and you should avoid that fast food like sea foods etc...

    When people start eating, they really forget what they are doing. They just want to put every thing in their belly. People have to stabilized their diet and pointed themselves what they have to eat and what they have not.

    i agree with keirazpez... don't over eating..specially in night..and take healthy food in the morning..take some salat in lunch..

    Hi, It is necessary for all . Because loss wight has become a important factor to day . If you loss your wight you should diet control and take regular exercise .Thanks a lot for sharing it .

    My best suggestions for losing weight are go on the paleo diet, intermittent fast and get more sleep.

    Running is the best way for losing weight because it is one of the easiest ways for losing weight. And due to this it is prefer by people. After losing weight by running continue it because it is also very beneficial for improving body stamina. Keep away from Oily, Sweet and Junk foods which content huge amount of calories and fat.

    I recommend at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day and make it a hard exercise heh.

    Got nuts with nuts. Eating a handful of nuts will help you stay full. Try soaking them in water for a different texture.

    The best way to run for losing weight is to do wind sprints. Run really fast for short runs like the 50 yard dash. This really helps get your body burning fat fast. Another way is to lighten up what you eat. I have a good receipe for Light Pizza check it out.

    Here are really nice and most informative post. According to me to lose weight or also to stay healthy, you must have to do two things. First is that yo should take always balanced diet and second is that you must do exercise. Make sure that you take low fated food and also avoid to eat fast food. With your diet you should take some cardio exercise like swimming or cycling. Yoga is also a good option.
