How do you snack healthy?
I'd love to hear everybody's answer to my question.
As for me, I try to stick to healthy snacks like fruits or fiber-rich biscuits or granola bars. If I'm craving for something unhealthy like junk food and sweets, I do indulge but only in small servings. I wouldn't resist it. 
What about you guys?

i love to snack on almonds, celery with a hummus dip, i don't really like sweet things which is good for me, i enjoy eating raw veges as they are high alkaline foods and sometimes i blend up an avocado, bananna, spinach and water drink in the afternoon or morning for a good boost, dried fruit are nice as well.

I usually snack on nuts, protein bars, fruit, etc.

i like to eat cookies with oatmeal, fruits esp grapes, salads and that's it sometimes i don't snack just eat a candy or 2 if i have no snacks at home then i just sleep.

The best way to eat is just have a bunch of small meals/snacks throughout the day roughly 6. This keeps your metabolism kicking throughout the whole day and you don't throw your body off in any way. :]

Does anyone here have tried making their own recipe of snacks? I mean creating one like
cooking the condensed milk in a low heat until is becomes bubbly and adding peanut.
Sometime I do explore.

I think everyone can't resist junk foods, it's just a matter of discipline within ourselves if we want to be healthy, you know. I do eat junk foods occasionally...
