How can I lose 14 pounds in a month?
In 5'6 and 170 pounds and I would like to know how I could lose this weigt I always try to eat healthily but when I eat a chocolate or something sweet I just keep eating more and more so can anyone help me to try and keep motivated and tell me what is the best way to lose this weight? Thanks

I see you have trouble losing weight, but you must understand that there is no quick fix for this.
the first thing you need to do is change your mental attitude towards yourself and the food. you must accept the fact that it's a process, and you must built your self discipline to achieve this. there are a lot of diets out there and you may try some to see what is working for you.
I strongly encourage you not to take any shortcuts, (like some stupid fat burners, or diet pills) if you want to become lean and healthy, and stay that way, accept the fact that you care for your body and need to maintain it.
take it step by step, and advance slowly towards your goal, don't punish yourself for "failing" because you"ll do more harm then good, and the most important thing is to keep focused on your goal.

Well if you want to loose some weight there are so many pills, that are safe and i saw there effect on many
people but i think that pills are not good for loosing weight cause they surely have some side effects, so you
have to do exercises and you have to control in your diet, drink plenty of water, and eat fresh green vegetables.
