Thanks for the info NYC. NYC is right and with regards to which food we should eat in the morning. There are many kinds of food we can eat in the morning but, we should have the right amount and nutrition. For me, I can suggest to all that we should eat more food which are rich in protein than carbs. As I know, the more we eat carbohydrates the more we get hungry and the it develops fats and cholesterol.

Also for the healthy lifestyle we need to eat healthy, healthy eating habits can make you healthy. Unhealthy foods are not good for the health it can lead to obesity and increases the chance of heart attack.
I have been on oats and fruits for breakfast lately and i think it helps to reduce my weight.
skipping breakfast is a big NO NO. because you are disrupting your metabolism cycle, the more you skip your breakfast the more the metabolism goes sluggish, and turning all your excess calories into fats. exercise is the best way to make your metabolism go back to its normal state, but you need regular exercise to do these. there are also diets that can increase you metabolism, and there are also supplements that can make you metabolism goes back to normal, those are for the people that don't have time to exercise, but if you do have time, exercise is still the best, keeping your cells oxygenated, thus avoiding premature cell destruction and cell aging. stay healthy.
Hi, sometimes i find that i cant eat breakfast when i have eaten late the previous day, so i have sometimes eaten a takeaway (naughty i know) at like 8.30pm and then the next morning im not hungry so i try to eat my meal before 7pm now so that your body can digest properly and in good time before you lay down in bed.
But to answer your question, you could try mixed peices of fruit with some yoghurt in a bowl which you might be able to manage first thing, or what about sweet porridge (golden syrup oats) they will keep you fuller for longer. OR...wholemeal toast?? hope this helpsFish
i know everyone knows breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but seriously, it helps you concentrate throughout the morning and will reduce your need to snack heavily mid-morning.
if your some-one that cant eat first thing on a morn then try to give yourself a good half hour, at least, from getting out of bed (so maybe shower etc) then have breakfast you may find you can enjoy it better...try sweeter things too, they may be more appealing to you so fruit diced up (your choice) in to a bowl and yoghurt poured over, this will pick you up with energy...banana's release energy slow, much like porridge or oats, golden syrup flavour really is delicious...
