    Sweet potato has the potential cardioprotective and chemopreventive advantages of consuming sweet potato leaves, thus indicating that increased consumption of this vegetable should be advocated, according to “Sweet potato leaves: properties and synergistic interactions that promote health and prevent disease” .I like eating sweet potato so much,because it is said to be a good thing on losing weight, and it really helps ,your opinion?

    To increasing sweet potatoes taste sprinkle some salt, red chilly powder and some lemon juice over it and toss it well. I hope you all will enjoy it much.

    I really hate potato although it is helpful in gain the weight but i want to lose my weight never gain. yes its true it healthy and Delicious food and almost every one in this word like that.

    Potato is good but there are different types of potatoes, good one is floury potato
