    Breakfast is the most important meal of all because the activities goes throughout the day. As a morning person, I eat black rice and either tofu and fish with vegetables. I also make sure that I can eat fruits especially orange which is high in Vitamin C and plenty of water.

    When it comes to healthy breakfast you should eat brown rice and healthy meal since breakfast is the most important of all meal. There should be milk, fruits and some protein in our table so that we can complete the basic and healthy meal everyday.

    I also really like to take healthy breakfast, in breakfast i like to eat seafood, because, seafood is my favorite, and often i really like to cook seafood recipe but specially, i like spicy seafood, because, it's yummy and delicious and i really like yummy and delicious foods..

    To me, this is the perfect breakfast. Steel-cut oatmeal is probably the healthier choice, but if you are in a hurry, the instant kind will do fine (it doesnít have as much fiber, but the other ingredients make up for that). After microwaving the oatmeal, add ground flaxseed, frozen blueberries, sliced almonds. You can add a little cinnamon and honey (not a lot) if youíre using the non-instant oatmeal. Thatís four power foods, full of fiber and nutrients and protein and good fats, with only a couple of minutes of prep time.

    Healthier than scrambled eggs. Add some onions, green peppers or other veggies, some light soy sauce or tamari, maybe some garlic powder, and black pepper, stir-fry with a little olive oil. Eat with whole-grain toast. Fast and delicious.

    Thanks for highlighting the importance of breakfast and like to say breakfast is the most important meal of the day as breakfast provides us energy for the rest of the day, so we must have healthy breakfast every day.     Thanks for featuring the value of morning food and like to say morning food is the most important food of the day as morning food provides us energy for the relax of the day, so we must have healthy and balanced morning food every day.
