It is not essential that you have to follow on a same routine diet on daily basis.keep in mind that you have to take few nutritional ingredients in daily break fast, so you may also vary and change your break fast plan.

I usually ate Oatmeal for my breakfast..
Here's the benefits of eating oats for your breakfast:

-help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease.
    -help you control your weight.
-reduce the risk for type 2 diabetes.
    - help reduce high blood pressure.

It's good also for our digestion. Try it.

    Nice sharing.
I think my breakfast is different to all members.
I always eat half kg yogurt in my breakfast because i am stomach's patient.
I think we should not skip our breakfast, we should eat something in morning.

Breakfast food selection in bars and dining places in America may be limiting nutritionally. When restaurant organizations do get innovative with their breakfast every day menus, they will rev up options with more refined sugars, sweet breads, junk dairy and greasy, low quality meats. Doing this improvement in addition revs up the cost to that of a three-course dinner! Breakfast time in America should be simple, balanced, varied, rapid, and low cost.

i think a breakfast should be simple and healthy one if we add some protein foods in our breakfast ... protein foods like some peanut butter on toasts , boiled eggs and bananas ...

I like to have 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt with 10-12 fresh raspberries, 6-8 fresh blackberries, and 12-15 fresh blueberries topped with 1 Tablespoon of lowfat granola.

    Default Hi

I am very conscious about my fitness and I need some supplementary diet plan which can be easily made at home as I don't want to get into those protein shakes and all. Can anyone advice me a diet plan?

Healthy breakfast means you are healthy and if you will be healthy the every thing will be good and on time if you are lazy and any sort of problem then it impossible for you to do your works on time.

breakfast is the most important meal of the day, don't take diet..
if you want a very quick, easy, nutritious breakfast, cook eggs.

i always try to eat a big breakfast shortly after i wake up. sometimes, i eat a cup of yoghurt mixed with a cup of granola (and fruit if i have it).
other days i'll make eggs and potatoes. i tend to eat a lot of eggs throughout the week, so changing up how they're cooked helps so i don't get bored with them. sometimes just fry them over easy, sometimes scrambled. and if i happen to already have vegetables on hand, i might make an omelet.
In one cookbook, i found a recipe for a 'japanese omelet' where you whisk eggs with a little soy sauce, then you pour just a thin layer of the egg into a frying pan, then let it set, roll it up to one end of the pan, pour another thin layer of the egg into the pan, let it set, then roll the first rolled layer of egg into the 2nd layer, then repeat until all the egg is gone. when you're done, you can dip it into soy sauce and grated ginger. It's kind of a pain to do at first, but it's really not as complicated as it sounds and the egg is very light and flaky. it's interesting and tasty if you get bored of the same old eggs.
i've heard that egg yolks can be unhealthy due to the amount of cholesterol, but the yolks also contain b-12. i think if it's balanced with exercise and other healthy foods (i've also heard garlic can help reduce cholesterol), then it should be okay to eat them.
I don't know that i eat the healthiest breakfasts, but they provide me with a lot of energy and i spend a lot of my day being active outside. I eat breakfast, then go for long walks and hikes with my dog almost every morning.
