    Weight loss can come from loss of fluids, muscle or fat. Most of us want to lose those unwanted pounds, but sometimes are surprised to find our efforts only make things worse. We all struggle with the question of how to lose weight, but it could often lose the wrong kind of weight, if we are not careful. Changing our eating habits, our body improperly muscle mass, lose vital body fluids and even lead causing a disease.

    Well good health is the need of everyone because the people are started to shifting from vegetation foods to junk foods and not getting physical activity that is why the quality if health has poorly effected . So We need to focus on natural foods such as fruits , vegetables and should also focus on some drinks like , milk, fruits juices . We also have to do exercise which is also necessary for this purpose . I think exercises like swimming and running are extremely important for the fitness of our fitness.

    So We need to pay attention to natural foods such as fruit , vegetables and should also concentrate on some drinks like , milk, fruit juices . We also have to do exercise which is also necessary for this purpose . I think exercises like swimming and running are extremely important for the health and fitness and health of our health and fitness and health.

    Berries, cut up and put in the greens small little seed products, oatmeal, cucumber, green beans, even little pieces of dairy products and raisins

    Hi everyone i am newbie here i hope you will be fine ..... life is the most important issue in our world that's why to save our life we should be save our life from many ways which keep protect our life but i think main think is that what thing is kept your life secure ....... life insurance is the way that your life is protect by buy insurance .... this issue is very important i suggest please discuss about this although people might be understand this .... thanks

    Hi dear... Really nice information about health which you share with us, and also really nice above comments, and friends i also want to say something about this topic. There is no doubt health is a great wealth and a strong mind reside in a healthy body, friends if you want to keep your health good then i want to suggest you, you should take exercise regularly in the morning or evening and you should eat healthy food like sea foods...etc...

    We should also take proper sleep everyday....that maintains our immunity and keeps us active.

    Sleeping less makes us restless and lazy..
    Sleeping unnecessarily makes us more lazy and irritating.

    i personally thought for looking healthy and fit is don't eat spicy foods, don't drink water 2 or three glass after eating, and must go for the walk before dinner and after dinner.work about early get up in the morning take healthy food use yogurt in the morning.

    Yes this will really help our body to make sure to loss our weight by the following of these tips are mentioned above.Exercise make the body smart and consistent and fit for work properly.And a balanced diet help the body to fill up the nutrients that our body require to build strong muscular body.
