There is no doubt health is a great wealth and a strong mind reside in a healthy body, friends if you want to keep your health good then i want to suggest you, you should take exercise regularly in the morning or evening and you should eat healthy food like sea foods...etc...

We should also take proper sleep everyday....that maintains our immunity and keeps us active.
Sleeping less makes us restless and lazy..
Sleeping unnecessarily makes us more lazy and irritating.

i personally thought for looking healthy and fit is don't eat spicy foods, don't drink water 2 or three glass after eating, and must go for the walk before dinner and after dinner.work about early get up in the morning take healthy food use yogurt in the morning.
Yes this will really help our body to make sure to loss our weight by the following of these tips are mentioned above.Exercise make the body smart and consistent and fit for work properly.And a balanced diet help the body to fill up the nutrients that our body require to build strong muscular body.
