Energizes the nerves? Cocaine is a good one and you can add it to just about anything. A little sprinkle here.. I little sprinkle there. Makes eggplant exciting, that's for sure.
In all seriousness, eating foods rich in vitamins helps your central nervous system. B6 and B12 give you energy and can be found in most fruits. Magnesium is good for hormonal balance and is found in artichokes. Potassium is good for muscle health and can be found in potatoes. The list goes on and on. You should check out the "Raw Diet."
