    Healthy eating is important to nourish your body and support it to function at its best. We believe the more you know about good health and nutrition the easier it is for you to maintain a healthy diet, that tastes great too!     Hello friends.....!I believe in eating right but i want to ask if there are certain food that energises the nerves,the names of such foods and mode of preparations...!

    Energizes the nerves? Cocaine is a good one and you can add it to just about anything. A little sprinkle here.. I little sprinkle there. Makes eggplant exciting, that's for sure.

    In all seriousness, eating foods rich in vitamins helps your central nervous system. B6 and B12 give you energy and can be found in most fruits. Magnesium is good for hormonal balance and is found in artichokes. Potassium is good for muscle health and can be found in potatoes. The list goes on and on. You should check out the "Raw Diet." Google that term and you'll get some great information.

    Health is wealth actually and it is all based on fitness that totally depends on what you eat what you exercise and how do you take proper care of your health. Health is very precious thing and we must take care of our health and should eat well and balance and also should take some exercise for this purpose.

    Health is precious so we should care of it. For a better health there is need a proper diet nutrition. So both are important for us. Health is wealth. If one have health he has everything but if one have no health he has nothing.
