    research study shows that all fruits and vegetables can be considered anti-aging. so we need not to decide whether or not to have a certain piece of fruit or vegetables. these anti-oxidants help our body's to repair themselves from the inside out.

    Yes it is right. Fresh fruits and vegetables are very beneficial for health.
    They keep us healthy and fight against a number of disease.
    We must include fruits and vegetables in our daily foods for getting good health.

    Salad is best diet and it help to maintain your weight and health, For diet, Salad must be of five colors, because It impacts as good on your health. Do add raw food in your grocery list. Skip beverages, soda and flavored juices. Add green tea and fresh fruits in list. Limit sweet things and bakery products. Do buy low fat dairy products.

    what officially defines a fruit from a vegetable?? like fruit has seeds and grows on trees? and vegetables grow underground? then how do vegetables reproduce if they don't have seeds???? i'm confused...

    Fruits and vegetable have a good quantity of the fiber and pectin in it. That's really awesome
    and effective for the food absorption in the body and excretion from the body.

    There are so many benefits of the fruits and vegetables. If you want to loss your weight then it will be used as a plant based diet. You will get so many necessary vitamins from the fruits. So you will get more healthy. So eat the fruits and vegetables everyday.

    Fruits and vegetables are essential for good health.They are the natural sources of vitamins , protein , iron etc.
    They prevent us from many diseases like skin problem , heart problem , eyes problem etc.
