Fruits for better health ?
Hi..... Fruits have got so much importance in our life due to the fact that these are enriched with vitamins and minerals which are necessary for our health . There are number of fruits which people like the most such as orange,mango, grapes , pomegranate,strawberries, watermelon as well . Some people use to make their juices which also are nutritious as well . So there are number of health benefits of fruits and we need to add them in our diet .
I think that fruits are good for your health however i do not think they help in losing weight because of the higher sugar content in them. dried fruits are normally sweeter and naturally have a higher sugar level. the sugar is good natural sugar.
But these are making our health betterly.

Fruits are good for you but vegetables are essential for your health. All vitamins and minerals that you can find in fruits you can also get from vegetables. Fruit is like nature's dessert though, and we all need to indulge in some sweets every once in a while.
Green fruits are really great for health.

There really isn't much real suger in most fruits. It's often just natural sweetness that keeps people coming back for more - that's why its pure and healthy.
