I try not to drink any fruit juice, it's healthier to eat fruit than take away the fibre and just drink the juice.

Coke is probably healthier as the sucrose in Coke is 50% glucose/50% fructose. Whereas orange juice (and other fruit juices) is all fructose. While this doesn't spike your insulin, your liver converts it straight to fat as it can't metabolise it properly.
