Fresh juices play a vital role to lose the weight and for the health fitness. Mostly i drink all juices but my Favorite juice which i drink is apple juice. It contain a lost of iron which is best for the health.

I love Fresh juices, but the original fresh juice is that which is homemade and I don't like market available juices because I have listen and learnt that these are added sugar and taste.

I usually drink fresh fruit juice at the time of breakfast...I think this is energy drink for me.

Though the flavor will be a little inferior, I prefer fresh squeezed juice.
Further more, sometimes I prefer to eat a fruit than to squeezed juice.

fruits are those things in eating which have much vitamins and items. these are much beneficial for human body. fruit juice is great important because its absorption body rate is higher. fruit provide the body all the vitamins and minerals that help in maintaining the life.
