Fruits and vegetables are best diet food and fat burners. Fruits contain vitamins and vegetables contain carbohydrates so these food are best for fat burning.

The more effective foods for the fat burning are:
Fresh fruits: Apple, orange, grapefruit, berries, and lemon.
Raw vegetables: Broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, and spinach.
Grains and nuts.
Fish and Fish oil.
