Exercise for Diabetics ! ! !
If at any stage you find that you have a diabetic problem, don't be crazy to seek out medication for it. Diabetic problem is related to insulin hormone. To boost up insulin hormone production in your body you need to do regular exercise. My friend cured from diabetics just through walking daily and his sugar level was high above 300. Now He is fine and healthy. The actual point that I want to highlight is walking for treatment of diabetics.
Walk as long as you can daily, at least 5km.
Taking insulin for diabetics is not the ultimate and long term solution because you have to take it throughout your life to keep your sugar level in control. So try to cure up the actual problem that is insulin deficiency in your body.

I am applying regular fitness schedules yet , Insulin level not dropping down.
