I have come across a diet plan or can you call it a lifestyle plan from Dr. John Ticknell here in Australia. He is a television personality here and it quite often seen on morning shows giving health tips.
His 91 days that can change your life plan was tested against the atkins diet and some other well know diets and it was the one most likely to still be followed 90 days later. The Atkins diet produced the biggest weight loss however more people dropped out of that program.
Dr Ticknell's plan gives you a suggested diet and also you take Proven Slim powders twice a day. These give you Omega-3, Fibre and Antioxidants to help the body stay healthy on the inside.
I enjoy following this plan and I have seen results. One thing that has come from it is that I not craving for chocolate and other sweets, I find myself eating healthy food by choice.
The is a website if you google the doctors name if you are after more information. The powders are also quite cheap so that is another bonus with the program.

I looked into the diet, it seems like it's a meal replacement type of deal. Although the powder seems to be made up of omega-3, fibre and antioxidants. I'm unsure if you'd lose much weight on this. To be honest you'd be better off with a protein powder as a meal replacement, it's more likely to fill you up and feed your body.
I'd be interested to hear from anyone that's been on it though.
The plan was good and the powder is kinda good. I haven't tried it but, I think it'll be good. For me, It's enough for me the protein powder with a proper exercise.![]()
