    Yoga is great foe health and must do 1 hour yoga to improve and maintain our health. Some benefits of yoga are:
    Yoga relief stress,
    Yoga reduces weight,
    Yoga brings flexibility in your body,
    Yoga helps in breathing better,
    Yoga increased your strength,
    Yoga relief pain.
    Yoga stable autonomic nervous system balance
    Yoga reduce high blood pressure,
    Yoga reduce pulse rate
    Yoga improve the mood and the subjective well being,
    yoga reduced cholesterol level,
    Yoga improves memory.

    Yoga is giving lots of benefits in our life. It helps us to reduce our weight, stress from our life. Yoga is sequence of Assan, Pranayam and meditation. Assan is help for your body physics.Pranaam is helpful for our inner body parts like hearts lungs etc.and meditation is helpful for our mind.
