Default a bulb that I missed

Last year I grew garlic, but I missed harvesting . This year we have warmed up all of a sudden, and I noticed this clump of foliage coming up. I thought it was green onions, but couldn't figure out why they were all together, so I tried to pull one up. It broke off, but the smell is distinctly garlic. I figure it must be a bulb that I missed, and the cloves are all growing. It's quite a large clump.

should I just leave it alone and let it grow?

    Thumbs up

Does a light bar with one light bulb missing use power?
I have a "light bar" in my bathroom and have one buld that went out and I through it away. There is still enough light in the room so I was thinking about not replacing it. Can anyone tell me if the "bar" will still use the same power in that slot?
    Thanks!
