    Default What's a good caesar dressing recipe?

    Hey,

    I'm looking for a good caesar dressing recipe, something without anchovies preferred. Any ones which are good?

    I make one I found on CD Kitchen.

    Makes 1 ¼ cups



    Ingredients

    ¾ cup any bottled Italian dressing
    1 rounded tablespoon Parmesan, grated
    1 scant tablespoon sugar
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce.



    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight before use.

    You don't have to let this set overnight. It is okay right away but better later. Keeps just fine for about 2 weeks in the fridge.
