What cheese might this have been?

I once knew a lady who made the most delicious chicken cutlets ever. She wouldn't give me her recipe, but she did tell me some details like the fact that there was finely grated cheese in the breading. The cheese's name started with a C, it looked like a variety of parmesan (very crumbly) and she said it was pretty expensive. Can anyone venture a guess as to what it might have been? Any chicken cutlet recipes that involve cheese in the breading would be appreciated too, I'm hoping I'll find something close.

There are so many different types of cheeses available today from all around the world, I won't hazard a guess. Here is Wikipedia's list of cheeses, perhaps you will recognise the name if you look on it.

Thanks FriendlyBear, after looking through the list of Italian cheeses my first guess is that it's Casatella Romagnola 'cuz I have a vague memory of there being an R in there. Now to find out if it matches the image I remember...
