You can use natural sweetener like Natvia. It is a much healthy version of sugar. It has fewer calories and also used by many people already. You can try it.

So it's good to start a healthy day with a good breakfast.
Your body needs the energy and the calories to cope with the day, so it's important to give it the fuel it needs.
I'll recommend start on a high protein breakfast, especially if you plan to include a morning exercise routine.
You can wake up, drink a fruity shake and do some warm-up and dynamic stretching and after that some exercise.After that, eating an omelet with tuna fish and some veggies, and you gonna have all the energy and motivation to start a great day.

Healthy diet is to eat the foods we like
I have to disagree.
Yes, its important to eat foods you like, but to say "Healthy diet is to eat the foods we like" would be wrong.
I like pizzas, chips, kababs, coca-cola aswell as chocolate & crisps, but eating them because i like them doesnt make it a healthy diet.

I always like homemade stuff. It is fresh and more hygienic than to packed food. I use home made cream to change the taste and look of routine dishes. This whip cream can be made in different flavors and colors with the help of Cream Canisters and cream dispensers .
Yes, home made food is good as you can make it good & healthy.
Not saying you cant buy healthy food from outside, but home made can be done exactly as you like.
I would never recomend pre-prepared microwave food though as they as very high in salt!
I've said it before and I'll say it again - drop the carbohydrates. Including whole grains, legumes, breads, pasta, etc'.
It's not healthy to our body when it has to deal with loads of carbohydrates in the bloodstream, which causes massive release of insulin, which causes the release of Cortisol and the list continues.
Oh, and try to eat as much as possible meat that was grass fed. Buy and shop in your local Farmers' Market.

Great and effective tips for healthy diet and thanks for sharing with others also. Your post will be of great help for those who are struggling to lose weight. Like to add increase water intake, add green tea in your diet plans and avoid beverages, soda and packed juices.

Depends what your eating!
3 meals, 5 fruit/veg & 2 healthy snacks is great,
But 3 cheeseburgers, 5 packets of crisps & 2 pizzas is Not !
