Instead of using glucose on your dairy, java, desserts and many more. You can use organic sweetener like Natvia. It is a much healthier edition of glucose. It has less calorie consumption and also used by many people already.

Avoid junk and oily food.
Healthy eating habits are very essential.. more consumption of fruits,water & green vegetables ..having small meals 3-4 times day also works out well for a healthy diet.
Eat a variety of different meals, Eat the right amount to be a healthy weight, Eat a lot of meals rich in starchy foods and fibre,
Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, Don't eat sweet meals too often.....

To be healthy and firm body system no need for skipping meal. Befriend with fruits and veggies, avoid fats for they cause harm in one's body system and take a daily exercise.

I would like to add that eating things that are easy to digest promote a healthy diet. Basically things that grow, and nothing from animals. But, most of us don't want to do this because animal products taste soooo good. But I went vegan for 9 months, and I felt the best, was the healthiest, and had pretty much no body fat(I lost 17lbs within 3.5 weeks, and only that because that is all I had to lose).
