time for grilling steak? When we are the cabin, we enjoy barbecuing a lot for the simple reason that it is better to be outside than it is to be inside. We don’t eat a lot of steak but when we do, we like to make sure we do a good job of doing it.But i can't control the time every time,suggestions?Thanks!

Don`t fergit to brine yer steak before you grill it, it is so much more juicer when you do.....
Any flavor you put in the brine will flavor the meat, so you can experiment an come up with some delicious flavors, oh yeah, you can brine ANY meat...........

I actually love steak especially when it is medium rare and when it has hot sauce. I love the taste of it and very exciting to eat steak whether outdoor or indoor.
