Salted pork recipe
I cannot find the name of this recipe for the life of me. I saw it on Diners Dives & Drive ins, it is a half of a pork loin, salted and placed in the fridge. The juices are let out every day. After a few days a new seasoning is applied and after a couple more days it is sliced and fried. Anyone know what I am talking about, thanks!
