Sugar is one of the most needed ingredient in Baking but the problem is it can increase your blood sugar level. And also diabetic people can never enjoy this food. Natural Sweetener is a good substitute for sugar. It will never increase your blood sugar level, it has sweetness like sugar, it has low calorie and carbohydrate intake and it is favorable for diabetic people. I'm using natvia as a replacement for sugar every time i bake cakes and cookies.
