    Default Power Breakfast

    "Hey...
    2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 banana, t cup skim milk, 1 tbsp pb

    This is my staple about 5-6 days out of the week, or I go with

    3 WW bread, 2 eggs, 2 whites, 2 tbsp pb, 1 banana, cinnamon
    Make some french toast with the above ingredients"

    Default banana split with home made cream

    Some times kids do not like to have skim milk and banana as routine in their breakfast. Here you can serve banana split covered with home made delicious cream. This cream can be made in different flavors and colors withe the help of Cream Canisters and cream dispensers.

    It is also better to make a banana oatmeal in the morning. I suggest to have a heavy breakfast if you are on a diet. Those foods that you listed are very good to your health. Yellow egg is high in cholesterol, so it is not proper for those who are in a diet.

    Wow! That's really a lot! By eating so much everyday, will definitely gain weight and cannot focus in class because by eating too much, you will feel sleepy.
