Yes, Indeed it is very useful for everyone irrespective to age.
I use corn soup with home made cream. My Cream Canisters available at noscanisters set help me to keep the costing within permissible limit. It is a complete diet for long hours.

Honestly, pop corn is not advisable for those who wants to go on diet because some of it are salty due to the condiments they put. Neither popcorn nor any junk foods are healthy and effective to lose weight.

I use to eat a lot of pop corn. I can tell you from expereince that it does flush the system. Not sure what the reduction of salts effect would be

I am not sure about that pop corn diet but I think will get stomach ache if eat only corn for the whole the and for sure I will starve and I will loss a lot energy..
