Yes, Indeed it is very useful for everyone irrespective to age.
I use corn soup with home made cream. My Cream Canisters available at noscanisters set help me to keep the costing within permissible limit. It is a complete diet for long hours.

Honestly, pop corn is not advisable for those who wants to go on diet because some of it are salty due to the condiments they put. Neither popcorn nor any junk foods are healthy and effective to lose weight.

I use to eat a lot of pop corn. I can tell you from expereince that it does flush the system. Not sure what the reduction of salts effect would be

For many people, taking on their health and eating better can seem like a daunting, expensive, and time-consuming task.

There are several variations of the popcorn diet floating around that
either feature popcorn as a diet snack or a full meal replacement.

Popcorn is a great diet food to eat on a diet because it is high in fibre and has few calories. So when you're peckish and fancy a treat that tastes great but not so devilish it is the perfect solution.
