i wanted to recommend and only to recommend about 2 products i tested and checked

even though it requiered a payment, its worth every die, the book is full with helpful tips and
recipes i didnt familiar with, its fun and helpful
plus i wanted to give you a recipe from my own collection to pizza margarita
ingridients
Dough for one large Pizza
1 Tbsp farina
5 roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and roughly chopped
4 large, fresh basil leaves, cut in strips
8 ounces fresh buffalo mozzarella, broken into 1/2" chunks
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesean
3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
How to make it
Once dough has been shaped, poke it with a fork all over then brush it with olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees its important!!! set chopped tomatoes, sliced basil leaves and chunks of mozzarella, and sprinkle with the parmesean. sprinkle the minced garlic over the top and drizzle the entire pizza with remaining olive oil.
sprinkle cornmeal over baking dish, or if you have a pizza stone (the best pizzas we make with a pizza stone) and slide the pizza onto it.
bake for 15 minutes until outer crust is golden brown.
