    Default My questions for great chefs....

    What is a beef wellington? What cut of the cow is it? What temp do u cook it at 4 how long, for a med steak.

    fillet of beef.....wraped in pastry......until the pastry is golden and the fillet still bit rare internal temp about 55 deg c
