I want to start doing some freeze ahead meals or meals that when left over would lend thems to being freezeable. All I have that works good for freezing right now is spaghetti sauce and chicken rice or chicken noodle soups. I really don't want my freezer getting bored, because then it might decide to stop working, and then I'd be up the creek without a paddle, or a boat, or even a raft to save me....
