Thread: Molecular gastronomy

hallo.. i am noo here and begginer in cooking.. i have just finished my school... i work in Etrusco,Gourmet, Greek restaurnat in Corfu and i saw molecular gastronomy and wonderful plate presentations... i want to ask if someone knows where can i order texturas like Calcium Lactade and Sodium Alginate for Spherification.. i found a site but the shippinh cost is more that items peice..
