    Default how long can i keep broth in the fridge?

    how long would you feel comfortable leaving chicken broth in the fridge?

    i have a batch that kind of got forgotten about, and it's been there about 2.5 weeks. i made it w/bones from a meal that had a lot of cinnamon and allspice, so the broth tasted weird and i was trying to decide what to do with it, but then thanksgiving took over...

    i'm congested, so i don't trust my nose on this one. whaddaya think? i've saved broth that was 1.5 weeks, but 2.5 seems kinda long to me...

    Um.... I think own cook broth with no food preservation, I would only keep for about one week.

    I keep three or four days a long time I do not feel fresh, and taste will be strange!
