    Hello,
    Chinese tea leaf eggs (also known as Chinese Marbled Eggs, Tea Leaf Eggs, Cha Ye Dan)is a common street delight in Asia,They are really easy to make at home, especially when you use a slow cooker. Who has the recipe on how to cook the tea leaf eggs?

    Tea eggs are one of my favorite dishes. it combines hard-boiled eggs with the subtle flavor of anise and the deep brown hues of black tea and soy. The cracked patterns from the broken shells make these quite attractive! I eat these sliced in quarters and chilled as a side dish, appetizer, or snack.

    The ingredients:
    eggs:6
    Sugar candy:15g
    Halogen egg Material: a packet
    Soy sauce :20g
    Cooking wine :10g
    Fish sauce :10g
    Licorice root :3g
    Salt:Appropriate amount
    Chicken Fine : a little
