I'm trying to become a baker! (mostly b/c I'm a carb/bread junkie!) luckily I was blessed with my momma's metabolism! Anywho, I live at high altitude and baking bread is a science experiment at best.. at about 6000 feet... recipes anybody? my current BEST loaf of french bread was about as dense and heavy as a brick! looking for fluffy on the inside, crusty on the outside delicious goodness!
