EGCG is a powerful anti-oxidant: besides inhibiting the growth of cancer cells, it kills cancer cells without harming healthy tissue.     I read out all the post and very informational post about the green tea.It is the best for
    weight loss and fat loss.It is more effective for diabetes patients.

    I'm into Green tea so much. I can drink up to 5 glasses per day. This is one of my favorite drinks. I usually prepared it using natvia (natural sweetener). It is very tasteful and healthy. Try this one.

    I used to drink Green tea but after drinking, i feel headache, not comfortable, tired...
    Maybe i don't suitable for green tea.
    i wonder that someone have symptoms like me

    it's awesome. I mean, with green tee only, we can reduce 7 lbs.

    All nice discussion. fine to know that.
    But I'm concerned about one thing. Whenever I drink more than 3 cups of green tea a day,
    it exhibit side effects. It makes my skin dry and cheeks shrunk. whats wrong?

    yes, that is really true because drinking green tea everyday is my daily habit. It really works in burning your fat and not only that, I have noticed that my skin has become soft and beautiful.

    One of the main reasons that green tea is a metabolic booster is the caffeine it contains. In addition, green tea is mildly thermogenic, and the effect is not related to the caffeine content. Some of the studies reporting that however, had the subjects drinking upwards of 4 cups per day. This can be a problem for people with a caffeine sensitivity. It’s is effective, and it is also pretty darn affordable, unlike some of the supplements containing it.

    In addition, a double-blind Japanese study found that green tea does, in fact help burn fat, so it's not all mumbo jumbo.

    You can grind up green tea leaves and put it into various foods to get the green tea effect. In neglegible amounts it won't effect the food's taste.
