Default Adding fresh herbs to butter...

I am venturing into butter making and would like to add some fresh basil to one and fresh tarragon to another. Would a simple chop work to really get the flavor going or would it be better to crush [the herbs]?

    Thoughts? Ideas? Experiences?

I think a simple chop will do. I think you won’t want the herbs taste too strong in your butter. Or the taste might turn out weird.
If everyone can eat, then everyone can cook...

just chopped the fresh herbs.. crushing will taste worse..

herbs and butter can be added to scrambled eggs too.

just found a cool blog site: Receipes For Eggs

    it's a great site.
