Enamelled Pot Substitution?
I have a recipe for apple sauce that I'd really like to try, however the directions say to cook the apples on the stove in an enamel lined pot. I don't have one and my budget doesn't allow for me to buy one at the moment. Is there another type of pot that I can use to cook apples in without problems? (I'm assuming it calls for enamel due to the acidity of the apples?)
