Place peppers, garlic, and seasoning into jars
Bring vinegar to a boil (about 1 1/2 c per pint jar)
Pour boiling vinegar into jars. Fill to bottom of jar lid thread
Place lids and rings on
Hand tighten firm
Leave in a draft free area until they cool and seal
