Pork is dirt cheap, so if you don't have any objections to eating it, some buffalo "wings" (really pork tenderloin) is a good choice. Just clean the meat, cut it into bite sized chunks, and dip those in the hot sauce of your choice. Broil till cooked through. If you do it right, most of the hot sauce will survive through the broiling, and you will have a nice entree.
