Strawberry Banana Crepes

Prep Time: 3 to 5 min. Cooking Time: 10 to 12 min.

1 egg and 1 egg white

1 ½ cups skim milk

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 tbsp. olive oil

¼ tsp. salt

Nonstick cooking spray

½ cup banana, sliced
Preparation:
Total Calories: 156
Protein: 7 g (28 cal)
Carbs: 23 g (92 cal)
Fat: 4 g (36 cal)
Instructions:
1. Combine eggs, milk, flour, olive oil, and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2. Spray a nonstick cooking skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon batter for one crepe into skillet.
3. Brown crepe on one side only.
4. Remove crepe from skillet and brown next one.
5. When batter is finished, top each crepe with sliced strawberries and bananas, roll up, and enjoy!

I love this very informative. Can I use apple? or Add some apple with this one? I love apple and bananas. Good for the health.
