1. Mix the eggs, oats, vanilla, cinnamon, sweetener, pancake mix, and water in
a blender.
2. Preheat a 6" skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
3. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Flip to other side with a spatula and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Serve warm with raspberries over the top.
