100 grams of oatmeal
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 sweeteners
1 cup water
3 medium sliced strawberries
Preparation:
Total Calories: 252
Protein: 24 g (96 cal)
Carbs: 30 g (120 cal)
Fat: 4 g (36 cal)
Instructions:
1. Mix oatmeal, protein, sweeteners, and water together.
2. Microwave on high for 45 seconds.
3. Add slices of strawberries to top and enjoy!
