5 cups warm water

Bake @ 325°F for 35 minutes.
Start yeast by putting 1T honey in 1/2 cup lukewarm water, stir to dissolve honey, then add yeast & Set aside to let it grow.
Grind flax (I use my blender) Mix 5 cups water with 7 cups wheat & Flax flour.
Mix for 3 minutes.
Add yeast mixture, salt, honey & Mix well.
Add 2 more cups flour & Mix well.
Add 3 cups flour gradually while kneading.
Continue kneading & Adding flour until it has an elastic feel & Is not overly sticky.
You can't knead it too much.
(You can add too much flour)
Set aside & Let rise until double.
Punch down & Let rest 10 minutes.
Divide & Shape into loaves.
Let rise until double, then bake.
