Porkie Pine Meat-balls

This makes some nice Porkie Pine Meatballs which are great for any get together or party.
Other: Ingredients:
Time:
1 hour

Serving Size:

1 lb ground meat
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
1/2 Small onion(finely chopped)
1/4 Small Bell-pepper(finely chopped)
1 cup long-grain rice(uncooked)
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
Gather all ingredients.
Instructions:
In a large covered pot, add tomato sauce and paste.(also 2 cans of water from the paste can). Put on low heat and stir well. Keep close eye on so to not allow the bottom to burn or stick.

Next combine ground meat, onion, bell-pepper, and rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well and then shape into meat balls.Drop meat balls into sauce.

Heat mixture on medium heat until it starts to bubble. Stir around the edges and lower the heat. Cook for 45 minutes on low heat. Keep covered.

During this time stir occasionally around the edges to keep from burning.
