Other: Ingredients:
Time:
15 min
Difficulty:
easy
Serving Size:
makes 2 cups
1 large (or 2 small) Avocado, peeled and diced

1 small Tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced

1 Tbs. fresh Cilantro, chopped

1 Tbs. fresh Lime Juice (Juice from half a lime)

1 tsp. Onion, finely minced

1 Tbs. Salsa Verde

Dash of Garlic Powder or 1 tsp. minced fresh Garlic

Dash of Chili Powder

1 bag plain Tortilla Chips or a stack of fresh warm Tortillas
Instructions:
combine all the ingredients in a medium- sized mixing bowl as you prepare them, and blend well with a fork.

The recipe produces a chunky guacamole perfect for dipping. If you prefer a fine guacamole, prepare the recipe in a food processor or blender.
