Thomas, with the greatest of respect, may I make a couple of points.....

(1) Don't shout! (Writing in capitals is akin to shouting!!!)
(2) The group you seek in respect to wine making is rec.crafts.winemaking
(3) There is no such thing as "a recipe" for making wine. A "recipe", to
me, is taking several "ingredients" and manufacturing a finished product.
Winemaking is a process - take ripe grapes (or other fruits); crush and
juice; introduce yeast to juice, monitor and control the fermentation
process; fine and filter - bottle & eureka - you have "wine"
(4) Apologies for being pedantic - but for grammatical correctness, your
question should read "Why *doesn't* anyone post...............? ;-))
